Available Positions
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
The most critical role in the agency is our DSPs. They provide support that is critical to our individuals with developmental disabilities that assists them with living a more independent life. They are required to implement state guidelines and follow Individual Support Plans while assuring our individuals are happy, safe, and healthy. Starting pay is $15/hr, $15.75 for weekend/overnight shifts.
- Licensed practical nurse (LPN)
Our LPNs will be working with our more medically complex individuals. Some duties include adminstering medications, Catheter care, PEG Tube Use, Feeding, and Care, reporting anything abnormal to Agency RN, charting (paper and electronic). Dayshift LPNs will be staffed with a DSP for additional support. Starting pay is $23.50/hr.
- Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP)
Our Lead DSP role has the same job duties as a regular DSP, including supervising a home and the staff underneath you. Additional duties include, but not limited to: grocery shopping, one site visit a month, on-call one weekend a month, assist with End of Month paperwork. Starting pay is $18/hr.
- House Manager (HM)
Our Home Manager position is over two homes. These duties include covering shifts when needed in homes, on call 24/7 (minus one weekend a month), making schedules, training new hires on your individuals, completing two site visits and fire drills in home monthly, overseeing Lead DSP’s and their staff, reporting all issues in a timely manner to the appropriate administator. Starting pay is $39,000/year.
- Floater
Our Floater position has the same job duties as a DSP, only difference being a floater must have open availibility to cover any needed open shift. Floaters are on call 24/7 and work in any of our homes. Starting pay for this position is $16/hr.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least nineteen (19) years of age or older.
- DSPs must have the ability to complete task such as: standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, sitting, and walking.
- Be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English. This includes reading and understanding instructions, provide written reports, and written and typed documentation.
- Must be able to provide valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, social security card, and GED or high school diploma.
- All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and pass a background check in accordance with Title 33 prior to being hired.
