What we do

We provide a program that is tailored to the person that ensures the best quality of life. This program is developed through a group effort and updated routinely to identify progress or areas of needed improvement.

Our dedication

We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities by providing them with a variety of choices including residential options and community participation.

Our Services

Envision provides 24-hour care through residential services in Northeast Tennessee for individuals in their home and/or community. We have an amazing medical team on staff and a strong working relationship with TennCare Select Community nurses who assist in securing therapists and providers as needed. We are in close contact with all Primary Care Physicians and Specialists to ensure each person receives all medical care needed on an as needed and annual basis. In our residential services we encourage open lines of communication with staff, trained protocols, and procedures in place. We ensure staff in the home always have a nurse to contact through Envision who is familiar with the person supported and able to help ensure medical needs are met as they arise. This process prevents unnecessary doctor visits or emergency room visits and ensures a strong quality of services for each person supported.
